Carnival Jubilee is a cruise ship built for Carnival Cruise Line that entered service in December 2023 out of the Port of Galveston. At 182,015 gross tonnage, she is one of the largest cruise ships in the world, carrying 5,347 guests at standard capacity with a maximum of 6,631 guests. She is the third ship of the Excel class and the first built by Meyer Werft at Papenburg, Germany. The ship's name honors MS Jubilee, a Holiday-class liner built in 1986, paying homage to the ships that came before. Singer Gwen Stefani served as her godmother and christened the ship in February 2024.

Central to the ship is the Grand Central atrium, a bright, high-energy gathering space. The waterfront Lido zone is expansive, hosting multiple Playlist Productions shows created with Broadway and West End directors, including Celestial Strings, Soulbound, and Vintage Pop.
