Sky Princess

Sky Princess is a Royal class cruise ship operated by Princess Cruises. She entered service in 2019 and carries around 3,660 guests, placing her in the large ship category. As the second Princess ship to bear the name, she combines the line's familiar style with contemporary design, spacious public areas and a wide range of dining and entertainment.

The ship was christened at Port Everglades in December 2019 by NASA astronaut and U.S. Navy Captain Kay Hire alongside NASA engineer Poppy Northcutt, celebrating two pioneers in space exploration. A large proportion of the accommodation includes private balconies, giving many guests their own outdoor space. The spacious Sky Suites offer separate living and sleeping areas with expansive wraparound terraces, while every stateroom features the Princess Luxury Bed, designed to provide a comfortable night's sleep.

At the center of the ship is the three deck Piazza Atrium, a lively gathering place where musicians and performers entertain guests throughout the day. Dining ranges from the main restaurants, Allegro, Concerto and Symphony, to specialty venues such as Sabatini's Trattoria, known for its Italian cuisine, and The Catch by Rudi, which focuses on seafood. Alfredo's Pizzeria is a popular choice for freshly prepared pizzas in a relaxed setting.

Evenings revolve around the Princess Theater, where production shows, live music, comedy and guest performers take the stage. Sky Princess also introduced Jim Henson's Inspired Silliness, a family friendly production that combines music, dance, comedy and puppetry created with the involvement of Jim Henson's Creature Shop.

Guests looking to unwind can choose from several pool areas, including the adults only Retreat Pool and the peaceful Sanctuary. The Lotus Spa offers a range of wellness treatments, while Movies Under the Stars provides outdoor films in a comfortable open air setting after sunset.

Sky Princess is well suited to couples, families and experienced cruisers looking for a modern ship with comfortable accommodations, varied dining, quality entertainment and plenty of places to relax between time ashore.
