Norwegian Jade is a cruise ship operated by Norwegian Cruise Line and was originally built as Pride of Hawaii for the line's NCL America division. Built at Meyer Werft in Germany, she entered service in 2006 and carries around 2,200 passengers, placing her in the mid sized category. She is the second of Norwegian's four Jewel class ships, following Norwegian Jewel and preceding Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Gem.

Her history gives Norwegian Jade a character of her own. She was originally intended for Hawaiian cruising and retained much of her Hawaiian themed interior after being renamed and introduced to a wider international market. A major refurbishment in 2017 brought more than 2,250 new artworks to the ship, updating the interiors while leaving some reminders of her earlier identity.

Dining provides plenty of choice, with more than 16 options ranging from Brazilian cuisine at Moderno Churrascaria to French dishes at Le Bistro and Italian food at La Cucina. The refurbishment added venues including O'Sheehan's Bar and Grill, Sugarcane Mojito Bar, The Cellars wine bar, Los Lobos Mexican restaurant and The Pit Stop poolside grill. Bars and lounges are spread throughout the ship, providing everything from relaxed places for a drink to busier social settings.

Days on board can be active or leisurely, with three swimming pools, eight outdoor whirlpools and a choice of entertainment venues. Stardust Theatre hosts shows, while the Mandara Spa and Spa Thermal Suite provide quieter places to unwind. Families can make use of age specific children's programmes and the Video Arcade, while adults can retreat to the Vibe Beach Club, an adults only area with padded loungers, private sundecks and cabanas available to rent.

Accommodation includes 1,201 staterooms across 36 categories, including inside cabins, oceanview rooms, balcony staterooms and suites. The Haven provides an exclusive accommodation area with 24 hour butler service, concierge assistance and a private sundeck. The 2017 refurbishment also updated cabin furnishings, televisions and charging facilities.

Norwegian Jade suits families, couples and solo travellers looking for a mid sized ship with a broad mix of dining, bars and activities. Her varied public spaces and quieter adults only areas make it possible to choose between a lively day and a more relaxed one.
