Norwegian Bliss is a large Norwegian Cruise Line ship that entered service in 2018, carrying around 4,000 guests. Built by Meyer Werft in Germany, she belongs to the same family of ships as Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Encore. Her design puts a strong emphasis on outdoor spaces, dining and entertainment, giving holidaymakers plenty to choose from throughout a day at sea.

One of the ship's defining spaces is The Waterfront, an oceanfront promenade where guests can sit outside for a drink or meal and watch the sea go by. Dining ranges from complimentary restaurants to specialty venues, including Cagney's Steakhouse and La Cucina. There is also a seafood restaurant with a European flavour. With a wide choice of restaurants, lounges and bars, meals can be as casual or as leisurely as you prefer.

Entertainment is a major part of the ship. Jersey Boys provides a full musical production, while comedy performances, live music and a Beatles themed bar offer alternatives when you want something less formal. There is also a cinema for films on board. For active fun, the electric go kart track lets guests race around a circuit at speeds above 20 miles per hour. Mini golf, swimming pools and water slides add more ways to spend time outdoors, while the spa offers a broad treatment menu for quieter afternoons.

Families have an aqua park with slides and water features, along with clubs divided by age group. The ship also caters well to solo travellers, with 82 studio cabins and a private lounge. At the other end of the accommodation range, The Haven offers suites with 24 hour butler service and a private sun deck.

The ship's hull artwork was created by marine wildlife artist Wyland, whose work includes the well known Whaling Wall murals. Norwegian Bliss also made a notable appearance in the Panama Canal, becoming the largest cruise ship to transit the canal on her maiden voyage.
