Queen Elizabeth is a Cunard cruise ship that entered service in 2010, carrying around 2,081 guests and fitting comfortably into the mid sized category. Built by Fincantieri at its Monfalcone shipyard in Italy, she was named by Queen Elizabeth II in Southampton in October 2010. She is the third Cunard ship to carry the name, following RMS Queen Elizabeth, which served from 1938 to 1968, and Queen Elizabeth 2, which entered service in 1969 and retired in 2008.

The ship's interiors draw on the style of the original RMS Queen Elizabeth, with art deco influences and a formal atmosphere. The triple height Grand Lobby makes an immediate impression, while the Queens Room provides an elegant setting for dancing and other events. The Royal Court Theatre occupies three decks and hosts evening entertainment. Music is part of the atmosphere throughout the ship, with pianists and harpists in the Grand Lobby, as well as performances in the Golden Lion pub.

Dining includes the two deck Britannia Restaurant, Britannia Club, Princess Grill and Queens Grill. Guests can also choose alternatives such as Steakhouse at The Verandah and Café Carinthia. Accommodation ranges from single rooms to larger suites, with 1,045 staterooms in total, including 738 with private balconies. The six grand suites are named after Cunard Commodores who were knighted for their service.

Outdoor activities can be found on the covered Games Deck, where guests can play paddle tennis, croquet and bowls. Mareel Wellness and Beauty provides another place to slow down, with a thalassotherapy pool, wellness suite, meditation room and sound therapy facilities. Complimentary breakfast in bed adds another traditional Cunard touch for guests who prefer a quieter start to the day.

Queen Elizabeth is well suited to travellers who enjoy Cunard's more traditional style, with refined dining, live music, formal spaces and plenty of quieter areas around the ship. She offers a relaxed alternative to the larger ships where entertainment and activity tend to dominate the day.
