Queen Anne is a Cunard Line cruise ship named after Anne, Queen of Great Britain, who reigned from 1702 to 1714. Carrying around 3,000 guests, she falls into the mid sized category and entered service in 2024, sailing from Southampton on 3 May for her maiden voyage. Her design draws on the Pinnacle class developed and built by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri.

One of the more unusual details surrounding Queen Anne is her connection with Liverpool. Cunard chose the city as the ship's godmother rather than following the traditional practice of selecting an individual. The ship's six grand suites also carry names linked to important waterways associated with Cunard, including the River Mersey, River Clyde, Hudson River, The Solent, Boston Harbor and Halifax Harbour.

The Pavilion is one of the main gathering spaces on board, with a glass dome roof that can open in warmer weather. The area includes a swimming pool, central stage and large LED screen used for open air theatre, cinema screenings and live music. Guests can also find a poolside grill, gelateria and wellness café here. Elsewhere, the Queens Room provides the setting for Afternoon Tea, Gala Evenings, classical recitals and ballroom dancing.

Dining covers a broad range of tastes, with options including Japanese dishes at Aji Wa, Mediterranean flavours at Tramonto and Indian cuisine at Aranya. Sir Samuel's offers a steakhouse setting, while the Artisans' Foodhall has cooking stations where guests can choose from different dishes. The Golden Lion provides a traditional British pub atmosphere and familiar fare.

For quieter time on board, Mareel Wellness & Beauty brings together spa, fitness and beauty facilities, including a Himalayan salt sauna and hydropool. Entertainment ranges from theatrical performances at the Bright Lights Society to classical music and ballroom dancing, giving evenings plenty of variety.

Queen Anne is well suited to travellers who enjoy Cunard's traditional style while wanting a broad choice of dining, entertainment, relaxation and accommodation in a contemporary ship setting.
