MS Eurodam is a Signature-class cruise ship for Holland America Line, carrying 2,104 passengers. She was christened by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands at Rotterdam on 1 July 2008 and embarked on her maiden voyage from Copenhagen five days later. She is the second of two Signature-class ships, with her sister MS Nieuw Amsterdam being slightly larger and newer.
Eurodam is similar in appearance to Holland America's Vista-class vessels but features one additional deck and several interior layout differences. Throughout the ship are reproductions of famous Dutch artists, while the main atrium was designed by artist Vincent Jansen. The ship reflects Holland America's heritage without feeling stuck in the past. The main theater seats 890 guests and hosts the line's enrichment programming, live music performances, and production shows.
Dining onboard leans toward refinement. The ship features five dining rooms, including The Pinnacle Grill in partnership with Le Cirque. There is also a sushi restaurant by Chef Morimoto serving fresh fish and bold flavors paired with ocean views. The ship was refurbished in 2016 with new dining venues, upgraded suites, and refreshed public areas.
For relaxation and activities, Eurodam offers serene pools, relaxing hot tubs, spa Hydropool access, and an adults-only Sea View Pool, with the Lido Pool featuring a retractable glass roof. There is also an oceanview pickleball court and daily expert-led sessions in painting, drawing, crafting, and writing. Youth programs keep guests ages three through seventeen entertained with professionally supervised arts, sports, and games.
Accommodation ranges across all types. The ship has 116 suites and 602 balcony cabins, making up sixty-seven percent of all rooms, with eighty-six percent of all accommodation being outside cabins. Suites include special amenities such as complimentary breakfast and Elemis luxury bath products. The atmosphere onboard blends Holland America's history of Dutch transatlantic crossings with modern cruise comfort, making her a natural choice for those drawn to the line's character and traditions.
