Seven Seas Voyager is operated by Regent Seven Seas Cruises and entered service in 2003. She carries around 700 guests across 353 suites, placing her in the mid-sized category, and was the second cruise ship in the world to feature 100 percent balcony suites, a defining trait that helped set the tone for the line's luxury positioning.

The ship has a distinctive character built on understatement. A classic, Scandinavian-inspired interior runs throughout, with decks numbered simply rather than given themed names. At the centre sits an atrium filled with natural light and anchored by a glistening sculpture that draws guests together. A club-like atmosphere runs through the ship, helped along by complimentary beverages served in every lounge and bar. The captain reads poetry over the public address system alongside weather and navigation reports, and a strong sense of community pervades the ship, often described by returning guests as a family afloat.

Dining is a point of emphasis. Compass Rose serves as the main dining room, with open seating and no assigned tables. La Veranda functions as the daytime buffet and transforms into Sette Mari, an Italian restaurant, come evening. The complimentary Prime 7 steakhouse requires reservations for dinner, and Le Cordon Bleu gourmet cuisine rounds out a culinary focus that has drawn food-minded cruisers for over two decades.

Onboard activities range from enrichment lectures and bocce to cabaret shows and a small casino, with butler service included in many suites. Every stateroom carries a private step-out balcony, and the largest Master Suites offer multiple bedrooms alongside spa-like bathrooms.

As part of the Regent fleet, an all-inclusive, top-luxury brand with medium-sized ships carrying up to 800 passengers, Voyager offers all-suite, all-balcony accommodation with a space-to-guest ratio around 70 and a staff-to-guest ratio near one to one point six, among the best in the industry.

Seven Seas Voyager suits seasoned cruisers and couples who value refinement over flash, alongside a boatload of fellow repeat guests looking to reconnect with friends made at sea.
