Port Rashid is a premier cruise terminal situated along the Persian Gulf coast in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Opened in 1972 as Dubai's first commercial seaport, the harbor shifted its focus entirely to passenger cruise tourism after commercial cargo operations relocated to Jebel Ali Port in 2018. Today, the modern complex operates as a vital maritime hub in the Middle East, anchored by the Hamdan bin Mohammed Cruise Terminal, which holds the distinction of being the world's largest single covered cruise terminal facility.
The port serves as the permanent home and floating hotel for the historic Queen Elizabeth 2, the legendary former Cunard ocean liner that now stands as a prominent waterfront landmark.
