About Haugesund
Haugesund occupies a picturesque setting in Rogaland county along Norway's southwest coast, positioned strategically along the sheltered Karmsundet strait. Situated roughly sixty kilometers north of Stavanger and one hundred twenty kilometers south of Bergen, the town welcomes cruise ships at a convenient pier located less than a kilometer from the vibrant town center, complemented by a complimentary shuttle bus for easy transport.
