Celebrity Ascent

Celebrity Ascent is an Edge-class cruise ship owned by Celebrity Cruises. She entered service on 22 November 2023. Ascent carries around 3,300 passengers and is a large ship. The vessel's name derives from the company's slogan. She is the fourth in the Edge-class series, with sister ships Celebrity Edge, Celebrity Apex, and Celebrity Beyond. Ascent is 20 metres longer than her Edge-class sisters Apex and Edge, one deck taller, and accommodates 179 more staterooms.

The ship features the inviting multi-deck Sunset Bar and the open-air Rooftop Garden where two cantilevered floating pools offer breathtaking views over the ship's edge. The Magic Carpet is a cantilevered floating platform that reaches heights of 13 stories above sea level, majestically situated on the starboard side of the ship and making Ascent's sleek profile recognisable from miles away. Ascent features 32 distinctive restaurants, bars, and lounges, including the newly designed Le Voyage by Chef Daniel Boulud. The Theatre introduces three all-new production shows with programming exclusive to Celebrity Ascent, brought to life through state-of-the-art technology.

Of the 1,646 total staterooms, 918 are Edge Staterooms with Infinite Verandas, and 176 are Suites. World-class accommodations include spa-inspired AquaClass staterooms, the revolutionary Infinite Veranda staterooms that take guests to the water's edge, and The Retreat, featuring a private restaurant, lounge and sundeck for suite guests. The Retreat also features six two-story luxury residences, each offering a spacious 950 square feet of split-level space, plus one bedroom and two bathrooms for up to four guests.

All cabins feature keyless entry using smartphone digital keys, in addition to standard keycards and RFID bands. The Resort Deck includes the adults-only Solarium with a pool and hot tubs for relaxation. The ship carries hand-picked, top-class artists and musicians from all over the world, with two separate entertainment casts onboard to delight audiences in various venues throughout the cruise.
