SH Vega

SH Vega is a 2022 built expedition cruise ship operated by Swan Hellenic Cruises, the second of three new build sister ships designed for the company. She carries 152 guests across 76 staterooms and is built to PC5 ice class standards, allowing her to operate safely everywhere from tropical waters to polar seas thick with ice.

She features elegant Scandinavian style interiors, with large outdoor observation areas designed for wildlife viewing, dedicated scientific facilities, and three dining venues. The Swan Restaurant serves as the main dining room, alongside a Club Lounge offering a Lido Cafe, Patisserie, and Pizza Bar, plus a Pool Bar and Grill on the Pool Deck. Each voyage travels with a team of 12 expedition specialists, guides, and guest speakers.

Onboard, guests will find a heated infinity pool with an adjacent observation lounge and lecture hall, a wellness complex with spa and sauna, a library, an expedition lab, and an outdoor Stargazing Deck. A Marina Deck supports Zodiac launches, and a Helideck allows for helicopter operations, with the whole ship specifically designed to minimise her environmental impact in the sensitive ecosystems she visits.

All 76 cabins and suites are designed for double occupancy, with most featuring step out balconies. Accommodations come with modern touches such as queen size double beds convertible to twins, dedicated seating areas, smart televisions with internet, premium espresso machines, electronic safes, and luxury en-suite bathrooms with rain showers.
