Viking Grace is a cruise ferry built for Viking Line, entering service in January 2013. She carries a maximum of 2,800 passengers, making her a mid-sized ship, and holds a double distinction as the first large-scale passenger ferry powered by liquefied natural gas and fitted with a rotor sail, a genuinely notable pairing when she launched.

She was purpose-built for the Turku, Langnas, Stockholm route, designed with both passengers and operational efficiency in mind. According to Viking Line's CEO, Viking Grace has the largest panorama windows of any Baltic Sea cruise ferry, with common spaces positioned along the sides of the ship to open up wide sea views. Her wave formation and noise were kept deliberately low, reflecting her design for operating within the archipelago.

Accommodation comes through 880 cabins, alongside restaurants, bars, a spa, and shopping areas. All cabins include en-suite facilities and air conditioning, while suites and premium cabins add extra comforts such as refrigerators and sofa beds. Dining spans Oscar a la carte, the Seamore Champagne Lounge, Buffet Aurora, and casual venues like Frank's Casual Dining, with bars ranging from a retro-style bar through to Club Vogue. Gaming rooms, children's play areas, and a casino round out the onboard entertainment.

Her environmental credentials stand out too. Running on liquefied natural gas and diesel reduces emissions compared with diesel alone, and a rotor sail, fitted later, harnesses wind power to lower fuel consumption further. Viking Grace launched without an immediate sister ship, though she was later joined by Viking Glory, which entered service in March 2022.

Viking Grace suits travellers after a mid-sized ferry with good facilities for a Baltic crossing, whether making a quick transfer between Finland and Sweden or opting for a relaxed overnight mini-cruise.
