SeaDream II is a small cruise ship operated by SeaDream Yacht Club. In service since 1985, she was formerly named Sea Goddess II and operated by Cunard, before transferring to Seabourn in 2000 as Seabourn Goddess II. SeaDream Yacht Club acquired her in 2001, and she's now virtually indistinguishable from her sister ship, SeaDream I, both carrying 112 passengers.
She was designed for independent, experienced travellers who prefer smaller ships, free of large crowds and formal dress codes. Onboard, there's a real sense of discreet sophistication, with elegant, stylish public rooms scented by potpourri and fresh flowers throughout. This superyacht has 56 staterooms in total, all suites across 4 grades, with a maximum capacity of 112 guests and around 100 crew and staff. Every suite features a marble bathroom with Bvlgari bath amenities, plush cotton bathrobes, a magnifying mirror and massage shower unit, a spacious living area, smart UHD TV, CD and DVD system, USB charging ports, internet outlets, iPod stations, and personalised stationery.
The ship runs all inclusive. Refrigerators and minibars come stocked with complimentary soft drinks, beers, and bottled spring water, while fares also cover tips and gratuities. All guests enjoy complimentary 24 hour in room dining and room service, twice daily housekeeping, and complimentary laundry and ironing services.
Meals are served open seating throughout, with plenty of two seat tables available, and weather permitting, dining moves out onto the yacht's open deck. Champagne flows generously, and a weekly Champagne Splash party with caviar adds to the occasion.
A real signature of the SeaDream experience is the watersports programme. Each ship carries a lowering watersports marina for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and waterskiing, stocked with complimentary equipment including wave runners, glass bottom kayaks, Laser sailboats, a banana boat, water skis, snorkeling gear, and stand-up paddleboards. In warmer regions, the beach barbecue known as Caviar in the Surf adds another distinctive touch.
SeaDream II tends to attract loyal repeat guests who feel like part of a club, a well-travelled, convivial crowd drawn largely from the Americas and Europe. She suits discerning travellers and couples who value privacy, personalised service, and unhurried time in ports larger ships simply cannot reach.
