About El Hierro
El Hierro sits off the coast of northwest Africa in the Atlantic Ocean, serving as the southernmost and westernmost island of Spain's Canary archipelago. Operating as an exclusive port of call on Atlantic island and expedition cruise itineraries, the island welcomes vessels at the northeastern ferry terminal of Puerto de la Estaca.
